Excellent observation. I wouldn't want to be one who traded in concert or on information provided exclusively by one of the associates. I would also imagine that the investigation will work its way over to other manipulative tactics such as publishing purported "press releases" after trading by other members, following up that with leaks to legitimate press verbatim to the paid PR's. Althogh this would seem to be more in the SEC's bailiwick than the criminal courts.
