KZAP -- SEC investagation QTEK ? WOW --your name on that? I don't know why it would be. It's a SEC Inquiry. No charges have been filed that I know of. I'd heard they were asking about the PANA PR that was put out back in October, but I thought that was already over with. Looks like it is ongoing. My opinion is that they checked things out after the Oct. PR and went on their way. Only to come back and re-look at the companies due to the PR(s) relating to the "....selling equipment in Central Europe." I don't think there will be a problem unless someone traded on insider info. Because, "....The Company believes that the inquiry relates mainly to.....and about the trading patterns in the Company’s securities around the time those announcements were made." I wouldn't mind them checking out my trading activity, besides, I couldn't keep them from it them anyway could I? -ggg- Happy Investing! KZAP
