Sounds quite serious to me. Could we warn someone that they will be banned for this type of behavior, or would that be the offense in and of itself? hmmmm....I'm stuck.

Yes, JC. The incident you are referring to did in fact occur. It was well after the incident under discussion. And no one was banned as a result.

Is that sufficient coverage of that incident?
