Just like they forgot the LE "trash can spying" episode last year (which I thought was totally ridiculous...both on LE AND the media's part).

Just remember one thing. At the core, most journalists are failures at what they REALLY want to do. As a result, many inherently distrust the marketplace and capitalism in general.
Journalists aren't fans of government, but it represents stability, so they while they will attack it for its excesses and waste....they'd much rather attack the thing they dislike the most - corporations.
Corporations are, more or less, harmless. Some are good, some are bad, most are neither. Government, in my experience, is rarely good, usually bad, and if it's harmless, it's only because they haven't decided to do something yet...and that will always change. For the worse.
