Well Canuckistan miners spring to mind, but I like USA based producers too. A tanking dollar equals lower operating costs. That will have a bonus effect.

I think the lowering dollar will just be reflected in the stock price (zero sum game)

I'm hanging on to ECHO for the longer term for a start, even with it's 27% (of yearly production) hedged position.
