I think the concern is Oracle warning on Monday.

Reports are all over the map. We hear various sources saying that Siebel and Oracle are discounting heavily, from Goldman that this quarter could show negative sequential growth for many names, but from Soundview that the quarter is improving in May with more visibility, more RFP's etc.

Oracle's fiscal quarter ended yesterday. The way investors literally dumped the big names Friday afternoon seems consistent with fears of Oracle warning Monday.
