Sorry about SOME past mis-understandings. Keep up the good work. tgptndr You people didn't know that??? I thought I made it clear. Oh well. Most of the time it doesn't matter to me what the product is..... Unless there's an excursion commonality for that particular Product. I'm more concerned with are my Tools hitting their Process Targets, Are my Defect Densities below acceptable levels, Are those Hardware Upgrades I spent all that money on, and time testing, really going to improve my tool availability and/or reliability, and are those Wafer Split Chemistry Adjustment Experiments going to have any impact at all. Any other discussions on these boards tends to make me lose intrest real quick..... Sorry. Semi
