A misunderstanding has occurred. I thought you were referring to Osama reading his Fatwah on the first tape released by Al Jezeera. But in fact you were referring to his Fatwah issued in February 1998 which I have not read. I know that Osama wants the U.S. out of the Middle East and the Palestinian issue be settled to the Palestinians' satisfaction once and for all. I agree that Osama and his ilk seek to control the Middle East once the U.S. is out of there. But what stands in their way is Israel which, of course, had to be neutralized for their plan to succeed completely.
