What you got sounds more like what was advertised than what was being pushed on me. I forgot to mention that the first thing the clerk had to say about the account was that you could only make use of a bank teller three times a month or less -- which was no problem for me. I should have taken that as a clue that they were not interested in my business, but I didn't. I'd go back and complain if I thought it was worth the effort, but the experience has convinced me that BOA -- at least in Norman, OK -- is not interested in servicing customers who use online banking. That's enough to cure me of any desire to let them handle my bank account.
