He may not have known the date or time, but I think the Bush's arranged it so that they could get a return to endless warfare like they enjoyed with the cold-war. Junior starts the war and Senior rakes in the big bucks for fighting it. Yes, Bush knew, all of them knew and didn't just let it happen, they wanted it to happen.
