Les, just wanted to let you know all the links and data you post are appreciated! Looks like an enormous amount of effort on your part. In reference to the Microsoft case being settled....isn't that amazing with everyone being investigated for overstating earnings....Enron etal.....Microsoft is nailed for understating earnings!! Not so many months ago they were congratulated for properly managing their earnings and as long as the stock went up everyone was happy. Bottom line is that bear markets cause people to lose money and people that lose money want to blame someone. It can't be our poor decisions....right?? tom
