I'm not arguing against TA. Stocks move in intermediate trends for reasons.

If you look at Friday's intraday charts however, especially in the big NDX tech names like Microsoft and Dell the sell-off was consistent with Oracle's breakdown.

It's anyone's guess what will come Monday, but looking at the IBM daily, Thursday shaped up like a potential key reversal on good volume. Gap down opening, intraday nominal low and then close on the high, for an outside range day.
