Makes you wonder whether the Imperial Presidency is trying to keep a lid on the S&P 500 at this time (for political purposes) by issuing terrorism warnings. Wouldn't surprise me if the "braintrust," out of the blue, finds several reasons to "lift the lid," say, three or four weeks prior to the November election.
