Sure is MIIS or MISS or MISSED !!!

It is a great idea, but not new, covered the cells in a net, it allows for metabolic exchange, but not for Immune cells to reach at the islet cells (or other type of hormone/enzyme producing cell). The "cages full of cells" are to be introduced in the belly (peritoneum mebranes are several futbol fields in area, therefore lots of space to park the "cages").

They have a lot of claims but I have not seen any study from them in the literature. Maybe they did get it right in animals at best.

My main suspiciousness is that Bico owns some 20% of the company this is a harbinger for failure, almost everything that Bico touch begins with grandiose goals and superclaims and it ends up in big delays and zero clinical advances and zero revenues.

Bico now trades as BIKO and they command a whooping 1 billion plus SHARES in the few cents range value.

Maybe, Maybe this time they hit.
