MSI, Problem. Many of the politicians in all of our 50 states, have aspirations of being seated inside the loop, and it is doubtful they will make waves. It can be done within the DC establishment if the attention is focused on the problem. The present administration is already restructuring the FBI, and will undoubtedly, look into the other intelligence agencies. Then, with the war on terrorism showing some success, other bureaucratic agencies can be brought under scrutiny. To do the job right, only one or two can be tackled at one time, or the results will just be half-assed. Yes, it will be a slow process, but any progress at all in that direction is an improvement.
