You're right on the mark. Logic would dictate that Malkovich be described as an Israelofascist, but that would eliminate the "bite" of the religious slur.

Malkovich refuses to acknowledge the innocence and harmlessness of Muslims in "Palestine"and therefore is a Judeofascist.

You have gotten it precisely backwards. In his book "Pity the Nation", Robert Fisk goes into great detail exposing the crimes and lies of every Arab faction in Lebanon, most extensively the Palestinians. Being an evenhanded journalist, he also goes into great detail exposing the crimes and lies of the Israelis. Hence, Malkovich is upset, because he only wants to hear the Israeli side of the story.
