Marcos,

The best property is the Tevrede property. They promote that its an outstanding project yet their geologist only spent three days. This is still a very grassroots property but geologically has a very good story. I believe they should find a JV partner since they have the option to acquire 100%. However they need to advance the project to stage to attract a major.

The Otish Mountain properties I don't like. Actually I don't like the area. Very expensive deal and paying those guys over at Hunter a fortune (400,000 shares and $45,000 and annual payments of $30,000). Hunter Exploration is a private company run by John Robins who is also the President of Northern Empire Mines (NEM:cdnx). I don't like the way he does business and I wouldn't deal with him no matter what he has. If I was a shareholder of NEM I would ask him to resign. Talk about conflict of interest.

The other property optioned from Baker seems again grassroots. I concluded that the Lake Abitibi property is covered by till and that the property has no gold showings. Just an idea but worth doing because of the area.

They will have to raise additional soon but they must do it at a higher price.

Intrepid's Casposo property is a good one. I have seen the summarized data when Battle Mountain owned it. I know one other junior who wanted it. I can't say who but his words were "outstanding". I bought IAU on the same day they announced the deal. Inca Pacific has recently acquired a great prospect in Peru. Check it out.
