This would mean you, as a political enemy (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=17524291), could be watched constantly for anything that may be deemed actionable, the evidence admissable, and you convicted, hoping they didn't manufacture any of it to get rid of a political nuisance. It's the kind of fishing expedition classically denied under due process. I don't know h ow to santitize this country of terrorist actions (other than getting the hell out of foreign military adventures), but this latest move is basically saying we need martial law.
