<<I have never heard of nickel toxicity with this alloy.>>

What kind of alloy is is used as the core in the porcelain bridge and dental crowns? My dentist told me is a gold -platinum, if true I have to make adjustments soon in my net worth.

<It is strange that with the canadian nickel --->
The Canadian 5 cent piece has been made of pure nickel since 1922, except for a the years from 1942 to 1954. All denominations for circulation, except the 1 cent, started being made of nickel in 1968. The nickel had its nickel content reduced to 255 in 1983 and now the coins only have a nickel plating. Although I have heard of nickel reactions by some people, it seems rather rare - 15% seems like a high number. With its germicidal qualities, I think we should go back to silver coins - they look so much better - even though they wear out more quickly than nickel.
