PT, the 20MHz thing looks like a misprint. Maybe they meant 200MHz? I don't think it matters, though, since the point was that processors are scaling much faster than memory, and in that respect, they are absolutely right.

"This gap in performance will continue to widen because processor makers get paid based on clock speed, memory makers on megabytes."

They actually make a good point, when you think about it.
