herronwater,

I posted once on Auric's board and twice on Anthony@Equity.

The second post on Anthony's board was inadvertent. What happened was that I made my first post and then realized a very minor omission in it. Instead of using the 'fifteen minute" option I foolishly used the 'back' button to go to the previous edit/reply (whatever it's called) page and 're-submitted' it. It came out as a second post.

Strictly speaking they weren't absolutely identical posts. Of course, I pointed this out to SI Jeff, but great men with absolute power seldom see the need to reverse themselves.

For what it's worth, I would still appreciate if Jeff would re-instate at least one of the posts. The issue of EGBT is long passed and it certainly couldn't do any harm to post it now. My recollection was that I was very careful to caution readers about the speculative nature of my post and it was my full intention to answer replies made to the post when I discovered it had been deleted. It was only after I emailed Silicon Investor with my What's going on? inquiry that Jeff deigned to inform me that I had been suspended.

I hope this clarifies your inquiry.
