Clearly, several previous administrations have covered it up. In fact, this administration is covering it up, unless there is a serious investigation, which isn't being done.

Americans have a right to know what happened to $2.3 trillion, not just hear the lame excuse, "gee, we don't know, it was just some kind of accounting error"
