mish, Still, the gold stocks have gone up way beyond the dollar and metal price movement. I suppose it is because stocks are easy and can be used in retirement accounts.

So far, gold is a tiny part of the wealth of the world. If its price ever starts to hurt the machinations of the central bankers, watch out for serious reprisals.

But, for now, it is not dangerous enough to cause many ripples and we could see this dead cat bounce turn into a minor bull market.
