Pearly,

The USA has all the technology to be an accurate true democracy. A true American believes in democracy. ...

Why in the world would anyone want to live in a true democracy, accurate or not? Americans may well believe in democracy, but their government mandated education leaves them generally unable to read, add or think for themselves, so their beliefs are of little independent value.

The only people who benefit from a true democracy are the demagogues and propagandists who succeed in telling people what to think.

There are no perfect forms of government, but a true democracy is inherently unstable and will always collapse into one form of tyranny or another as every minority in every sense will be at risk to the degree that the government is competent in responding to its incentives.

Regards, Don
