Yeah, I think Warren's take is on target. Although the Paks can instigate this, it is really up to India, IMO. The Indian Army wants to go. The Indian leadership is the most warlike they have ever had.

I hope Rumsfeld has good luck in standing the Paks down. If he doesn't,we are going to have some conventional action, at the least, IMO.
