I'll agree with Brumar. This is just Chomskyish turnspeak. You're trying to justify the drowning of a sick old man, who just happened to be aboard a cruise ship.

I don't care if Menachem Begin personally strangled their grandmothers. What does that have to do with the cold blooded murder of anyone they encounter of the same ethnic group?
