I was out of cinnamon. Better than cinnamon. We talked about papayas and mangos on Elian. The small version of the paisley shaped mango is called atolfaya, as I recall. Can't recall the name of the big ones. If you see the little ones, buy every one you can get your hands on and then pig out. I don't know Maridol papayas. I like what are called Mexican red papayas around here. I got a few good ones in the last few weeks but couldn't find any on my last couple of trips. Those are good even without the lime. Swim now.
