Trancinski is nuts. India doesn't need our help against Pakistan. The message we should be sending to Pakistan is 'you must back down & we'll help the effort; but if you're fool enough to start a war with India, we wash our hands of you and give India a green light to do as they see fit' They should pursue a similar line with Arafat et. al.
