Complete loss of connection which seems to have improved since they replaced the cable modem box. Now wondering if there is not some sort of a bug as sometimes I am no longer able to open a window without rebooting. Within the past couple of days sometimes there has been a problem turning the computer off, it asks if I want to switch users and tells me the computer is in use?? When I try CRT ALT Delete to see what is running nothing comes up unless I reboot. Using XP Home. Best kind of a problem is one that changes. <ng>
