Hi Charred,

Thx for the link. I was expecting a NO vote after reading this
biz.yahoo.com

However I was not expecting a 98.65% no vote. I was thinking more in the neighborhood of 80%. MAN has a difficult job ahead of it to convince locals, maybe that's why BRGM left the project many years ago.

Thx,
KG

I held MAN for a short period until I found out the problems associated with it.
I don't like investing in any mining stock that has social- political or environmental concerns.
This stock definately has both.
It is now clear that the people of the Tambo Grande region don't want their life changed in this way.
It would be prudent and good for the soul not to support this project any further.
