well, I don't beieve it, but I finally got the offer I have been waiting for:

0% interest for 6 months on balance transfers AND NO TRANSFER FEE!

of course, the max line is $10k and with interest rates where they are I suspect I am not going to make a killing, but I am going to do it just to do it.

will look up that Citibank thing, sounds good

well, I just went to check out this offer and found it expired 8/31

however, I looked at their rebate card while I was there (because of the Farm Bureau disaster), and found that they give 0% apr for 12 months on balance transfers and NO TRANSFER FEE.

will try them shortly! heck with capital one.
