They probably are available,
for the right price to the right Russian general.

Even if I had confidence there weren't any corrupt Russian generals, our own government is telling us of massive incompetent bumbling on our own soil, resulting in thousands of US civilian deaths, which does not provide confidence.

The only reasonable step forward is eliminating these devices altogether.

Dear Thomas: On top of that the PEA BRAINS that frequent this board anymore have no idea what the heck an atomic warhead even is. they require constant maintenance if they are to remain reliable. Let em sit awhile in a warehouse and they will be just a pile of material, nothing more. JDN
