It looks like since AMD was unsuccessful at reaching the 30% goal, that
MegaFlab 25 had to be converted to FLASH to reduce costs. It was
that ... or ... shut the whole thing down.

We can talk about Q4 if you want, but the claim was made last December by someone who thought AMD would have 30% MSS by now. So are you saying that if AMD were "on schedule", they would have Fab25 and UMC producing >15% of the market by now, and that Fab30 would supply the other 15%? Just want to clarify how you see AMD producing 30% of CPU demand right now.
