Well the totally Most Stupid Individual assumes all warheads are on missiles (WRONG) and assumes that a warhead on a missile is safer(WRONG). hmmm, on a missile could one capture it with the intention of launching, hmmm with no missile defense system that is obviously saver in the mind of the totally technology retarded. What the retard understands least is that any deal allows the US to finance indirectly the safe disposal of these weapons and allows the US access that can be in place to detect threats.
