do you think that, when you look back on your life, that the time you spent here will be on your list of most rewarding, productive, experiences? Probably not. However, time on SI does have does have some utility IMO or I would not engage. Or something taht will give you great pride? That depends. Some things I am proud of and others not...The purpose and context must be considered. More likely I imagine regretting that I felt compelled to reply to just one more post, regardless of how clever, articulate, convincing (blah, blah), appropriately nasty, on target, whatever, my reply may be. I disagree completely. SI seems like a time black hole. Even if we were to win all our battles here, of what consequence would it be? In the larger scheme of things, not much, if the personal satisfaction you derive from your SI interactions is not rewarding to you....
