RCMac,

Goood to see you over here, my friend. You'll find that we're a fairly prickly bunch over here.

So what's your take on the El Paso news?

Restatements, FERC flow control...... what's next? Cost-based pricing in order to eliminate the bad habits of greedy Texans?

Williams Cos. also down about 20% based on the incendiary report in the NY Times about price manipulation.

Are we having fun yet? Can you tell me how in the world the mad marketers in Houston ever thought they could possibly get away with it?

Have a good 'un, Ray

RCMac,

Re: I don't suppose you have any actual proof of this incendiary allegation?

You're a smart fellow. I don't have proof on this matter either. What do you think I'm looking at here:

I tend to see incendiary allegations to be in order these days. The agencies can claim "information overload" as Warren Rudman did on their behalf tonight on PBS's "The News Hour". But he's offering a non-sequitor to the issue at hand. Upper management in the most vital agencies in our government have stifled investigations. Why?
