Got a crick in my neck mowing on Sat and heven't felt the same since ... might have to seek medical help OR ... go to a chiropractor. OTW, I'm doing fine as far as I know ... thanks.

Remember I'm strictly small potatoes at a very, very conservatively run little outfit and I know what they are doing since I prepare the financial projections.

There is no real estate bubble.
Builders are not building on spec.
There is only 4.2 months supply of new homes.
We are not repeating the excesses of the 1980s.

In April the value of construction of places to live was at the highest level EVER.

To re-prise my favorite Sesame Street skits, which one of these is not like the others.

Cheers

"During the month the nation spent a record $425.5 billion, at an annualized pace, on places to live. The value of construction on single-family homes was unchanged from the record high in March. "
