We had that confusion on our site too. No he did not have a buy signal yet. Here is what I wrote on our site to try and clear that up..... Posted on Monday, June 03, 2002 - 12:04 pm: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am on the phone with him now, he did NOT have closing class 1 buys. He had one for the DOW last week Wednesday for a Thursday buy in and we bounced over 100 points almost fulfilling that one and still haven't breached that low. On the NDX/NASDAQ/SPX he is getting closer but AT BEST they would be border line so we are a couple days away still from a class 1 if the market continues down. We could still bounce but it wouldn't be due to a buy signal and he says a bounce would actually be bad as it would push his signals out even further. He says we could bounce due to end of month games but it would push buy signals out even more. Good Luck, Lee
