Maybe $15 if the level holds. So far the stock keeps hitting support and bouncing and then failing the retest. Its happened all the way down.

One of the overriding fundamental issues is CIT. The company hasn't changed its position on obtaining $7.1 B with CIT keeping .6 and TYC 6.5 (to use in debt paydown). Since it looks like only $5B now how much does CIT keep and how much goes to TYC. If CIT isn't going to get the .6 to help its cash and balance sheet then investors are not going to pony up as much as TYC planned.

So now TYC has less debt payment and its going to have to force over 3b in next years debt into equity.

They are now going to have to sell some other assets that odds say are on the books @ a higher book value then todays market value.

Now not to sound all doom and gloom @ some point one of the big banks or investment houses will step up (with the debt secured by hard assets). Unfortunately I don't have the crystal ball to know @ what level but the shareholders still hold the risk.
