The 3300 or so newly-fortunates who now get the 20 billion and before didn't probably feel just as happy as if somebody gave them a gift, which in a way Bush has, hasn't he?

Those who benefit greatly from a policy designed to benefit them ought to be very glad for themselves indeed that their benefit was considered a higher priority of the government that that of someone else! And of course these beneficiaries haven't done a stroke of work to earn the consideration (one hopes they were dutiful children), so they should be even more thrilled to be the favored ones!
