If the cases are correct, then ALL states must allow physician assisted suicides, because of the constitutionally protected liberty interest that protects an individual's autonomy to control his own body.

That is, if the cases are right. I believe them to have misconstrued the Constitution.

The cases do not support what you said, that each state can ultimately decide to make it legal or illegal.
