Yes, I think that TYC while having a bunch of goodwill on the book, and probably having to take a loss of some $5 B on CIT, has nice cash generating businesses. Got to be careful, however, you may want to spread commitments at $12, $10 and $8, because I have no way to determine where an avalanche will stop. There is no "book value" there serving as a cushion like, for instance in stocks like CRA or less so, MLNM.
