ahhaha, >>>>The accumulation didn't start until April 2001.<<<< 37 of 52 net positive weeks in 2000 with an average of 13+ million shares per week sure seemed like accumulation to me. It's just that this year the accumulation has taken on more urgency. This is a very, very leading indicator and best used with other sentiment indicators which look absolutely horrendous if you are a bull - no fear or panic. When the other indicators begin reflecting pessimism and for a sustained period of time we may get that upside explosion.
