Wow, some pretty ugly action today. I tell ya...can't remember the last time Don's call of "three black crows" (imperfect, this time) failed in the last year +. Nice.

LOLOL - I am sure it will be standing room only for this one... NOT! No one wants the shares that are out there now much less new ones. They need a reverse split of 5 to 1 so we can short it again. -gggg-.............

16:20 ET Nortel announces public offerings (NT) 2.06 -0.15: Announces that it has commenced 2 concurrent public offerings consisting of equity units and 150 mln common shares; the net proceeds of the offerings to NT are expected to be about US$800 mln (before taking into account the underwriters' over-allotment options), and will be used by NT for general corporate purposes.

I guess if you raise the float, it makes the losses look smaller. WIll have to remember this when the headlines read about how they had a smaller loss per share.

Good Luck,

Lee
