Tim - I promise that this will be my last on Bush! However, I think we need to move beyond rousing speeches to warm the heartland! And of course a speech at West Point has to be taken for what it is and with a grain of salt no doubt. But in the world at large co-operation is not easily won. We seem to have entered an era of confrontation.
