from Lee this am -

I am on the phone with him now, he did NOT have closing class 1 buys.

He had one for the DOW last week Wednesday for a Thursday buy in and we
bounced over 100 points almost fulfilling that one and still haven't breached that
low.

On the NDX/NASDAQ/SPX he is getting closer but AT BEST they would be border
line so we are a couple days away still from a class 1 if the market continues
down.

We could still bounce but it wouldn't be due to a buy signal and he says a bounce
would actually be bad as it would push his signals out even further.

typing with one hand is hard. -ggg-

He says we could boiunce due to end of month games but it would push buy
signals out even more.

It would appear Sept lows are now the number in play. If ORCL is looking to re-state or warn at their news conference tonight tomorrow may be something else.
