I see Kozlowski also resigned from Rayethon (sp?). Not a ringing endorsement of his innocence. Makes your $8 TYC target seem more feasible. He and the CFO has been joined @ the hip so just wait for the accounting concerns too service (although I seem to recall the CFO purchased shares recently)
