...My impression is that (whatever the color of the economists' skin, pro or contra Keynesian blah blah blah) this were the time to let J6P step back from the plate, actually he's sitting on the ground, breathing heavily, and increase deficits. Well, deficit is on a hefty rise now. Except that expanding the defence budget is a questionable practice when it comes to dragging the waggon out of the mud.
