Yes, it's amazing how much new research has been done on this subject since he took office and how much it contradicts earlier research. It's great to have someone who can recognize paradigm shifts so quickly.

Isn't it nice to have a President who can change his mind when fresh evidence is presented?

The previous President was quite adept at doing U-turns when something fresh was presented behind him.
