Dear Howard: I tend to side with your thoughts on this. I know I first bought into TYC when that rumor of accounting problems was brought up, SEC investigated AND FOUND NOTHING, since then I think there has been a second investigation and still nothing. Seems to me if SUDDENLY something is discovered the SEC has some explaining to do. JDN
